CLIA appoints new membership operations VP

Caroline Johnson has joined Cruise Lines International Association as senior vice president of membership operations.
Johnson has been with CLIA for several months as a contractor, and was most recently senior director, marketing and communications at Meetings Professional International.
In this new role Johnson will have overall responsibility for the membership department, which comprises member services, professional development, events, and trade marketing.
She will lead all marketing and communications strategy for CLIA’s travel agency members.
