C&M Travel Recruitment announces management buyout
C&M Travel Recruitment has announced that Managing Director and minority shareholder Barbara (Basia) Kolosinska and Sales Director Duncan Tingle have completed a management buyout of the travel recruitment agency.
They have purchased the remaining share capital from former Chairman Angus Chisholm, who founded the company in 1998.
Kolosinska and Tingle will own 100% of the organisation.
They joined C&M as Recruitment Consultants in 1999 and 2002 respectively.
They have worked their way up through the company, and have both spent the vast majority of their careers at C&M.
Chisholm will remain with the agency as a Non-Executive Director.
Since forming 26 years ago, C&M has filled more than 20,000 travel job roles.
It works with sectors, disciplines and levels of the travel industry.
Kolosinska said: “I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved at C&M. I have worked with Duncan for over 22 years and know what an incredible recruiter and Sales Director he is.”
“I can’t wait for the journey ahead with our very talented and loyal team.”
