Costa creates new guest experience role

Costa Crociere has appointed Neil Palomba to the newly-created role of senior vice president hotel operations and guest experience.

He will oversee and develop hotel operations and guest services for the Costa fleet, reporting directly to CEO Michael Thamm.

Palomba joined MSC Cruises in 1996 and held varios positions, most recently as corporate operating officer.
