Creative holidays Bali advice

Air Paradise International has advised today that they have ceased all operations effective immediately.

Creative Holidays wishes to advise the following in relation to passengers with bookings with Air Paradise International to Bali.

Passengers booked with other carriers will NOT be affected.

FOR ALL AIR PARADISE PASSENGERS IN BALI

We will notify all of our Air Paradise International passengers in Bali via fax to inform them of the situation and advise them who to contact in Bali to make alternate arrangements.

Passengers already in Bali with Air Paradise coupons issued on or before 23 November 2005, may return without penalty to Australia on Qantas Airways/Australian Airlines at no charge (Conditions apply – please contact Qantas Airways directly for more information).

FOR ALL TICKETED AIR PARADISE PASSENGERS YET TO DEPART AUSTRALIA

Air Paradise tickets are NON REFUNDABLE via Creative Holidays or Air Paradise International Qantas Airways/Australian Airlines will offer a special discounted airfare for any Air Paradise ticketed passenger wanting to rebook flights to Bali. Please contact Qantas Airways direct on 1300 722 040.

Once the airfare has been re-booked please contact Creative Holidays reservations to amend any land arrangements. Creative Holidays will waiver amendment fees.

Any passengers who wish to transfer to another Creative Holidays destination, the land value of their Bali booking will be transferred only. Supplier levied fees may apply.

Passengers who do not wish to travel to Bali please contact Creative Holidays Reservations to cancel any land arrangements booked. Creative Holidays & any supplier related cancellations fees will apply.

FOR ALL AIR PARADISE PASSENGERS NOT TICKETED

The special discounted Qantas Airways/Australian Airlines airfare mentioned above, will NOT apply to Air Paradise bookings that have not been ticketed.

Please contact Creative Holidays Reservations for alternate air and land arrangements.

If passengers wish to transfer to another Creative Holidays destination our amendments fees will be waived. Supplier levied fees may still apply.

If passengers wish to transfer their holiday payments to our Suspence Account (against a future holidays), the usual Creative Holidays fees will be waived and funds held for 6 months.

If passengers wish to cancel their booking, normal penalties will apply. (Creative Holidays cancellation fee $165 per person plus any supplier related fees).

ALTERNATE DESTINATIONS: Creative Holidays currently has availability in Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Tahiti, Hawaii & Australia. Please check for full availability or contact Creative Holidays Reservations

Due to the expected demand this will place on our Reservations Centre, we appreciate your patience as we attend to unusually high volumes of calls.

We must stress that the above relates to CREATIVE HOLIDAYS FEES ONLY.
