Specialist Croatia operator Bond Tours is to offer online booking by implementing Comtec’s Travelink tour operator sales and marketing system.
The Epsom-based member of the Association of Independent Tour Operators intends to replace separate systems with a single technology platform to power booking services for its call centre and a planned online holiday search and booking service.
General manager Ruper Diggins said: “Investing in a powerful sales and management system means our staff can spend more time providing advice and selling to customers and less time processing and administering bookings.
“It also enables us to implement a flexible online booking service for travel agents and experienced travellers who want to research or book tailormade holidays online.”
