Cultuzz appoints Global Director of Sales & Marketing
Berlin 18th of April 2006 – Cultuzz announced this week the appointment of a Global Director of Sales and Marketing, Michael Hughes formerly of Consultants Collective, Germany.
Michael’s appointment, a business management consultant with 16 years experience in the travel industry having consulted for McArthurGlen Ltd, Cendant Corporation, HotelClub and having worked for a variety of travel companies including Viator Inc, Jetset Travel Australia and Qantas Airways… underlines the International expansion plans of Cultuzz the leading provider of auctionable travel content to eBay globally.
“Cultuzz has rapidly expanded in line with the globalization of eBay in the past 2 years” said Dr Reinhard Vogel Managing Director of Cultuzz.

Hughes spent the last 9 months consulting Cultuzz as Sales Manager for the UK and leveraging international hotel chain contacts to widen their market position to include Australia and the USA before this permanent appointment.

This diverse background compliments Michael’s 16 years in tourism, especially with specialization in e-Commerce distribution, marketing and a personal favorite of Michael’s intercultural communications or internationalization of business strategies.
