Peter Bath MBE, head of Bath Travel, one of the country’s largest independent travel agency chains, has died aged 79.
The Bournemouth-based company, which has a string of more than 50 agency branches acoss the South of England, runs the airline Palmair, a business travel arm and a cruise division, was one of the first to offer air-based package holidays.
