easyJet and easyJet Holidays have introduced a new “Book with Confidence Promise” designed to reassure travelers booking summer trips, as the airline reports record demand during the recent Easter holiday period.
easyJet Holidays saw customer volumes rise by more than 20% year on year, underscoring strong appetite for package vacations despite ongoing global uncertainty.
Under the new commitment, the airline says customers will not face any price increases once their flight or holiday booking is confirmed. That includes a guarantee that fares and package costs remain fixed, with no additional fuel surcharges or hidden price hikes after purchase.
The company also reaffirmed its intention to operate a full summer schedule across its network, even as some competitors scale back capacity by cutting thousands of flights. easyJet expects to carry more than 50 million passengers over the summer travel season, positioning itself for one of its busiest periods on record.
The move comes amid shifting booking behavior across the travel industry, with many consumers delaying purchases due to geopolitical and economic uncertainty. However, travel experts suggest this environment may actually benefit flexible travelers. Lisa Minot, travel editor at The Sun, said current conditions could represent “the best time to book,” noting that prices remain competitive on several popular routes and package deals.
easyJet highlighted a range of promotional fares and holiday packages available across its network. One-way flight deals include Barcelona from £23.49, Palma from £20.99, Faro from £22.99, Thessaloniki from £30.99, and Pisa from £18.99.
The airline’s holiday division also outlined several packaged beach and city break offers for 2026 departures. Beach holiday examples include a seven-night stay at the 4-star Alua Calvia Mallorca in Majorca from £454 per person in May, a seven-night stay at the 4-star Green Forest Holiday Village in Dalaman, Turkey from £368 per person in June, and a seven-night all-inclusive stay at the 4-star JAZ Sharks Bay in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt from £546 per person in July.
City break options include three nights at the 4-star Four Elements Hotel in Amsterdam from £244 per person in May, and three nights at the 4-star Avena by Artery Hotels in Krakow from £229 per person in June.
easyJet also emphasized its protection policies for customers in the event of operational disruption. If flights are canceled, travelers are entitled to a refund, alternative flight, or voucher. For package holidays, customers can choose between a replacement trip or a full refund if cancellations occur.
A key feature of the new promise is the airline’s “Ultimate Flexibility” policy, allowing customers to modify their bookings up to 28 days before departure. Travelers can also cancel up to 60 days before travel, with deposits refunded as holiday credit, while additional payments are refunded in full up to 28 days prior to departure.
easyJet CEO Kenton Jarvis said the initiative is designed to give travelers confidence amid ongoing global uncertainty, stressing that customers should be able to book without fear of price changes after purchase. easyJet Holidays CEO Garry Wilson added that operations remain stable and encouraged customers to take advantage of current pricing, noting that flexible booking terms provide added reassurance.
Industry observers say demand remains particularly strong for Western Mediterranean destinations such as Spain, Portugal, and Italy, while Eastern Mediterranean destinations including Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, and Egypt continue to offer some of the most competitive value for summer 2026.
