Emirates launches new travel trade portal
Gulf carrier Emirates has rolled out a new online platform for travel trade partners around the world.
Called Emirates Partners Portal, it serves as a one-stop resource to access detailed information on Emirates’ product range, services, ticketing policies, and for any technical support.
"This is a bespoke platform which is unique in the industry, and it allows us to offer a truly personalised experience based on our partners’ profiles and needs. We invested in listening to our agents and partners, and then we built it to address their needs," said Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ chief commercial officer.
It offers various self-service tools and support, as well as automating some business processes.
The portal is tailored for each market, and also personalised for each travel trade partner.
It offers NDC/IATA standards, and is available in multiple languages.
