Etihad builds its LHR presence

Wednesday, 25 June 20083 min read

Etihad has secured new landing slots at London Heathrow, allowing the airline to operate three services a day out of the London hub to Abu Dhabi.

The airline is planning to build its presence at the airport and says the thrice daily service out of London will be in place for the next five years.

The increased service comes into effect in the winter timetable, starting October 26. The summer service from LHR sees 17 flights a week between London and the Middle East.
