EU approves American Express GBT’s takeover of Hogg Robinson
The European Union has approved the acquisition of Hogg Robinson Group by American Express Global Business Travel (GBT).
In a statement, American Express GBT said it expects to complete the deal on Thursday (July 19).
The transaction, which values HRG at up to £410 million, was previously cleared by regulators in Russia and the US.
