Frontier Airlines adding 19 new routes
Low cost carrier Frontier Airlines is adding 19 nonstop routes and three new destinations to its schedules.
The new flights begin in February 2021.
The new destinations added to the Frontier route map are Cozumel, which will get a weekly flight from Denver, St Thomas, USVI, operating twice a week from Orlando, and Oakland which will serve Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver.
"We’re excited to expand our network with these 19 new routes and bring our brand of low fares to three great new destinations," said Daniel Shurz, Senior Vice President of Commercial at Frontier.
Frontier is also adding two flights a week to Puerto Vallarta International Airport from its Denver hub from 11 February 2021.
It is adding more international flights out of Orlando to Cancun, Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Frontier’s Ontario International Airport schedules will be bolstered with new flights to Orlando, Phoenix and Sacramento in early 2021, as well as four flights a week to Chicago O’Hare from 13 May.
The airline is marking the expansion with introductory fares starting at $19, available until midnight, 19 November.
"Frontier is committed to protecting the health and safety of our customers on every flight and these new services will adhere to Frontier’s highest health standards, including enhanced cleaning," Shurz added.
