Hong Kong cuts Covid hotel quarantine to three days
Hong Kong is relaxing C hotel quarantine rules for inbound travellers. From Friday, people arriving from overseas will have the mandatory hotel quarantine stay cut to three days.
Then, another four days of ‘medical surveillance’ is required at home or at any hotel. Currently, arrivals undergo seven days at quarantine hotels.
The medical surveillance allows people to go out but they cannot enter public indoor spaces requiring vaccine passes to be shown, such as gyms and bars.
