Hotel association helps members embrace digital marketing
The British Hospitality Association (BHA) has signed a partnership with marketing software company HTK.
The deal is designed to help BHA members make better use of digital marketing – email, SMS, app-push, web forms and voice automation – to win loyal customers.
Ufi Ibrahim, CEO of the BHA, added: "Communication is at the heart of the hospitality industry and it is vital that hoteliers and restaurateurs have the tools at their disposal to engage in meaningful conversations with their customers. "
