ICE to roll-out Dolphin online booking technology across international markets
London, 29h April 2015. Leisure travel specialist International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE) has begun a roll out of Dolphin Dynamics’ online booking technology across European markets. Deployment of the new service has already started in France, Hungary and Finland, with a second phase to include Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
Supported by real time links to suppliers including Amadeus, Hotelbeds, Tourico, AVIS and Holiday Taxis, the new online booking technology will enable ICE customers across Europe to search, price and book flights, accommodations, car rentals and transfer products. Integration with the Dolphin back office suite will provide for a high degree of automation in both booking management and fulfilment.
The new technology roll out is an extension of the current partnership between ICE and Dolphin Dynamics as ICE has utilised Dolphin back-office technology to support its European operations since 2010.
