In conversation with: InteleTravel boss James Ferrara
InteleTravel President James Ferrara insists he isn’t bothered by criticism by rival agencies and says they should spend their time concentrating on running their own businesses.
He said: "We are nice people. We are good people. But we are fierce competitors. There are some agents in the community that fear that.
"But our customers embrace us and our supplier partners embrace us."
