Intrepid seeking staff

Saturday, 12 Oct, 2004 0

Intrepid Travel is looking for 60 group leaders for expeditions across the world next year.

The operator offers various trips from exploring French vineyards or the Croatian coastline to getting off the beaten track in China and Tibet.

The operator says it is looking for applicants with “exceptional people skills, wide travel experience in Europe, Asia or the Middle East, broad life experience and sound judgement, decision-making and organisational skills”.

Ex group leader, Kate Booth said highlights of her experiences with Intrepid include riding donkeys through the Valley of the Kings in Egypt and being chased up a tree by wild rhino in Nepal.

Intrepid is inviting people to apply online, and will hold interviews in London from November 8 to 10.
