JetBlue brings AI tech to cruise planning with CruisingStore partnership
JetBlue’s new partnership with CruisingStore.com has been unveiled, tapping artificial intelligence to help travelers book cruises and flight bundles with ease.
It does away with the the often-confusing process of cruise planning or contacting a travel agent to book, according to a JetBlue press release.
The JetBlue cruise booking tool powered by CruisingStore.com will offer competitive prices through a more innovative shopping experience, by utilizing AI to meet cruise preferences such as budget, destination choice, and amenities.
"We’ve already incorporated artificial intelligence into vacation planning and now our partnership with CruisingStore means customers will quickly be able to find the cruise that’s right for them and book their flights all in one place.," said Marty St George, EVP of commercial and planning, JetBlue.
CruisingStore.com was co-founded by a team of former cruise line executives including CEO Dwain Wall.
"We have worked hard to create a solution to the many long-standing and intractable execution challenges facing the cruise and airline industries and with CruisingStore.com, we are pleased to have that solution now readily available," Wall said.
The service will officially launch this month.
