JetBlue completes landmark maiden flight to London
New York based carrier JetBlue celebrated a milestone with its fist scheduled transatlantic flight. The long awaited launch of flights to London is ‘game-changing for the transatlantic market’ says London Heathrow Airport CEO, John Holland-Kaye.
Fully vaccinated US travellers are now able to travel to the UK quarantine-free but the market far from back to normal. The US still bars nonessential travel from the UK except for American citizens.
Still, New York has now reclaimed the top spot as Heathrow Airport’s most popular route.
