Military-Travel.net started a program it says guarantees the lowest possible rates at more than 40,000 worldwide hotels, while at the same time offering an additional 5% rebate to active and retired military personnel and members of their families. There are no restrictions on how often individuals can reserve rooms through the site, according to its president, Charles Kessler. Logging onto to Military-Travel.net provides complete hotel descriptions, including photos, amenities, a location map and rates, according to Mr Kessler. Military-Travel.net is the only travel service specifically established to provide active and retired military personnel and members of their families with discounted hotel and motel accommodations, Mr Kessler said. —Report by David Wilkening–
