KDS SURVEY TO GAUGE TRAVELLER OPINION ON EXPENSE CLAIM
For the second year global expense poll give a chance to employees to speak-up about expense claim
London, June 9, 2007 – KDS, the leader in on-demand travel and expense, is asking business travellers to talk about their experience relating to expense claim processes. The resulting study will be announced late June and will put in perspective findings from the spring 2007, KDS Study.
Participants around the world are invited to share their views anonymously on a range of issues, including inflated expense claims, the frustrations of form filling, and the extent to which losing track of receipts sees travellers subsidising their employers.
“Peek previews on the current results are fascinating,” said Stanislas Berteloot, KDS Marketing Director. “Expenses are still dealt with by many companies as they were ten years ago. People are growing frustrated with the time wasted filling cumbersome reports and the lake of efficient reimbursement processes.”
Last year’s study had revealed that 1 in 5 respondents admitted padding claims. The new study will provide a deeper look at the situation, analysing reasons why employees, at time, inflate their expense reports and ways they use to do it.
KDS will also provide industry best practices for organisations looking at optimizing their expense claim processes.
Everyone who regularly fills-in expenses is encouraged to take part to help improve understanding of one of the most contentious aspects of corporate life. To participate, simply follow this link and complete the simple online questionnaire:
