John Lewis opened a Kuoni concession in its Oxford Street store today with Reading to open on 29 October and Cardiff on 5 November.
The new partnership will mean the full range of Kuoni holidays will be on offer and 19 new full time jobs will be created.
The first concession opened in Southampton last week.
Kuoni is to introduce John Lewis Travel Insurance to its customers, and become the travel partner for John Lewis Gift List, allowing wedding guests to contribute to a Kuoni honeymoon.
Derek Jones, managing director at Kuoni said: "Kuoni and John Lewis have a lot in common; we have a very similar customer base and share the same approach to business, putting customer service at the heart of everything we do.
"These concessions will allow us to bring our unique approach to travel retailing into John Lewis shops."
