Kuoni UK is giving travelers and travel agents even more certainty when booking far ahead, extending its guaranteed out-of-date-range (ODR) flight program through the end of 2027.
The luxury tour operator said the expansion means fixed flight pricing is now available on approximately 90% of its most popular destinations, allowing customers to reserve vacations before airlines have officially released their flight schedules.
The initiative addresses one of the biggest frustrations for travelers planning major trips well in advance. Traditionally, package vacations can be booked before airlines publish fares, leaving customers exposed to potential price changes once flights become available. Kuoni’s ODR program removes that uncertainty by guaranteeing airfare costs at the time of booking.
The extended coverage applies to a wide range of sought-after long-haul destinations, including locations across the Caribbean, the Indian Ocean, Asia, Africa, North America, and Australia. Travelers can now secure departures through December 2027, with selected holiday-season itineraries stretching into early 2028.
Kuoni said demand for advance bookings remains strong. “Many customers looking ahead to 2028 are planning big events, such as honeymoons, milestone celebrations and long-awaited family reunions. While availability will depend on the destination, airline and hotel, it’s never too early to start. We’ll talk you through what’s possible and help you plan the right time to book,” explained on Kuoni website Dev Armugan, Store Manager, Kuoni Meadowhall.
Kuoni UK has indeed seen growing interest from customers who want to lock in both pricing and availability as early as possible.
The program also provides a valuable tool for travel advisors, enabling them to offer confirmed package prices years ahead of departure without waiting for airlines to release inventory. Fixed pricing is available across selected economy, premium economy, and business-class options with partner airlines.
The move follows Kuoni’s introduction of a no-surcharge pledge, which protects customers from future increases in operational costs after a booking has been confirmed. Together, the two initiatives are designed to give travelers greater confidence and transparency when planning long-haul vacations.
