Maldives reopening for Indian tourists
The Maldives will welcome back visitors from South Asian countries from 15 July. It will allow Indians and others from the sub-continent to travel there with a negative PCR test, the Ministry of Tourism said. It includes Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka
The ministry said it will start issuing visas on arrival from starting from 15 July as India based tour operators start promoting the Maldives again. The Maldives had banned travellers from most of South Asia since May.
