Manchester hotel joins Radisson Collection
Edwardian Hotels has re-launched its Manchester hotel as The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel, following a £12 million renovation.
The hotel is the third in the UK to join Radisson Collection, described as ‘exceptional premium lifestyle properties, set in prestigious locations’.
The 263-room Edwardian Manchester encompasses Manchester’s iconic Grade II listed Free Trade Hall.
A range of iconic names have either performed or spoken at the property, from Charles Dickens and Winston Churchill to the Sex Pistols.
Jasminder Singh OBE, chairman and CEO of Edwardian Hotels London, said: "This is a substantial milestone for Edwardian Hotels London and for Manchester, with the property being recognised as our second Radisson Collection hotel.
"The Edwardian Manchester joins The May Fair Hotel as a Radisson Collection property, further cementing our long-standing strategic partnership with Radisson Hotel Group."
