Worldspan and Midwest Airlines announced an agreement to integrate World’s e-Pricing technology into the airlines low-fare search and pricing strategy. Company officials said the move will enable the airline to compete more effectively in the online travel-buying channel with lower-cost itinerary options and faster access to pricing information. Worldspan e-Pricing allows airlines to distribute an array of price options from a comprehensive range of bookable flights, incorporating domestic and international itineraries. “Worldspan e-Pricing will enhance and maximize our capacity to display the widest variety of flights to customers in every online search, alongside the best prices available in our system,” said Carol S. Reda, director of distribution and E-Business at Midwest Airlines.
