Katy Sayburn has been appointed as overseas purchasing and operations director for the Monarch Travel Group.
She replaced Hugh Morgan, who was promoted to managing director tour operations earlier this year.
Sayburn was previously the operator’s head of purchasing and operations based in Palma and will continue to be based there. She joined Cosmos six years ago.
Her appointment completes the operator’s new Board since the recent restructuring of the group.
