Three distinct service areas have been created by the recruitment organisation Gail Kenny Group following a review.
GK Executive Search, www.gkexecutivesearch.com , Gail Kenny Recruitment, (www.gailkennyrecruitment.com) and Gail Kenny HR Solutions (www.gailkennyhr.com) have been developed.
New dedicated websites and logos have been created.
The site www.gailkenny.com is the main group portal and will enable candidates/clients to identify and select the relevant service, dependent on their requirement.
The new websites are designed to be more user friendly with relevant and useful content.
The www.gailkennyrecruitment.com site has new features including "Refer a Friend", "Latest Jobs", and "Hints & Tips".
GK Executive Search will focus on board level assignments and be led by director Ian Brooks.
Jayne Peirce heads Gail Kenny Recruitment, with a focus on mid-level roles on a contingency basis with salaries in excess of £35,000.
This part of the business also incorporates online brand Puregenie.com which has proved a strong growth sector as the demand for ecommerce specialists continues at pace.
Garry Thompson will be responsible for delivering Gail Kenny HRSolutions.
Kenny said: “Despite the climate, the growth of our retained business during 2009 was the catalyst for a new structure, reflecting our business strategy plans for the future.
“Our low cost model has revolutionized executive search in the travel industry. We have created a differential by making retained search affordable, without compromising on service, and our Q1 results suggest we are on the right track delivering on three search assignments for Travelsupermarket, Wyndham Worldwide and Travelzoo.”
