Norwegian Cruise Line has finally got its hands on mega cruise liner Norwegian Bliss.
Weighing in at more than 168,000 gt, it is the third ship in the line’s Breakaway Plus class and was handed over to CEO Andy Stuart by Meyer Werft during a ceremony in Bremerhaven, Germany.

The ship’s christening ceremony takes place at Pier 66 in Seattle in late May and begins its first seven-day voyage to Alaska on June 2.
Norwegian Bliss is the first ship custom built for the Alaska market
The summer will be spent on week-long cruises to Alaska followed by Mexican Riviera voyages out of Los Angeles in the fall, and then to Miami for the winter.
Norwegian Bliss will sail from New York to Florida, The Bahamas and the Caribbean in 2019..
"Norwegian Bliss is one of our most highly-anticipated ships to date, and today marks another exciting milestone for the newest and most innovative ship of our young and modern fleet," Stuart said.
Ship amenities include an electric car race track and open-air laser tag course.
