Opodo appoints CIO
Opodo has appointed Stuart Walters chief information officer.
Mr Walters (left), aged 42, comes from consulting company, Nascene, where he worked with an in-house team from the online agency on the development of Opodo’s IT strategy and roll out of websites in Germany, the UK and France.
He has also worked for STA Travel, where he was group IT director, Airtours where he was IT director, and Dreamticket where he was chief operating officer.
Opodo chief executive, David Scowsill said that Mr Walters’ newly created role was pivotal to the development of Opodo in Europe.
