Outrigger Enterprises Group has named experienced hospitality executive Paul K Richardson as executive vice president and COO for global operations with responsibility for Asia Pacific, Oceania and Indian Ocean regions.
He joins Outrigger from Accor China where he served as COO overseeing more than 140 hotels and a further 100 in development.
He also served as a board member for Tourism New Zealand and held a directorship at the Tourism Industry Association.
Richardson also spent 10 years at Starwood Hotel & Resorts in Australia and Asia in F&B, Rooms and as a general manager.
In his new role at Outrigger he will be based in Hawaii, and will be responsible for operations strategy.
