Panel to explore aviation dilemma

Saturday, 16 Mar, 2006 0

Monarch Scheduled managing director Tim Jeans and BA Connect MD David Evans will join a debate next month as the industry explores just want customers want from airports and airlines.

The debate, organised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMTIG), will also feature CAA’s head of customer protection policy Dan Monnery, City Hopper Airports aviation services MD Walter Stark and London City Airport MD Richard Gooding.

The panel will discuss all aspects of the flying experience, including fares, legroom and check-in, against the backdrop of a need for the industry to make money.

The event takes place at London City Airport on April 4, starting at 6.15pm.
