Former Gail Kenny recruitment account director Jayne Peirce has started up her own business.
Jayne Peirce Recruitment Solutions launched its website this week and has three staff members on board, although Peirce is looking to expand to five within the year.
She said: “I recognise that in a downturn and a difficult economy, starting a recruitment company is difficult but I believe our service and my personal attention to detail will help us gain customers. We have a pedigree. I want to work closely with both employers and candidates and I think people want a more personal service and focused service. This will be our edge.”
