Red Funnel opens travel agency
The first Red Funnel Worldwide Holidays travel agency has opened in the Isle of Wight.
The Global Travel Group member is based next to the Isle of Wight ferry company’s terminal in West Cowes.
As an introductory offer, the agency is offering free return Red Funnel ferry travel to the mainland on bookings of at least one night or more made before the end of August.
Double Olympic sailing gold medallist Shirley Robertson OBE is to formerly open the branch today (Monday).
Red Funnel commercial director Colin Hetherington said: “Building on our wealth of holiday and travel experience we are delighted to be opening the first Red Funnel Worldwide Holidays travel agency.
“Red Funnel Worldwide Holidays is an exciting new business venture and we are pleased to be able to offer an extensive range of holiday options at competitive prices to Isle of Wight residents.”
