The Role

Participate in devising strategies and business plans for the individual market

Execute key business plans, organisation structures and processes and key sales and operational achievement programmes

Provide day-to-day management for FIT, Group and Inbound sales and operations

Lead, motivate and develop a cross functional team

The Person

Bilingual/fluent Mandarin speaker

Previous successful track record in managing a P&L

Strong track record of people management in multi-cultural environments

Detailed understanding of managing contribution and EBITDA
