Remains of missing United Airlines executive found
The remains of a United Airlines executive who went missing more than a year have been found. The remains of former SVP of worldwide sales, Jake Cefolia were found at the Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve near his Chicago home.
Cefolia was found hanging by a belt from tree in an area that had been searched multiple times. DuPage County officials said there were no signs of foul play.
Cefolia’s disappearance drew major media attention and massive search operations at the Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve over many months. It was also revealed that Cefolia was the subject if an unspecified criminal investigation at the time of his disappearance.
