A flight from Philadelphia headed to Orlando was forced to divert to Charleston, South Carolina, landing safely with an extra passenger on board.
Southwest Airlines Flight 556 was rerouted after a passenger went into labor and the baby duly made an appearance before the plane reached Charleston.
Medically trained personnel were on board and helped with the delivery.
Emergency medical teams met the plane on arrival and mother and baby were whisked off to a local hospital.
"Flight crew did a great job," tweeted journalist Izzy Goulding who was on the flight.
