Spirit Airlines to launch Miami flights
Spirit Airlines will begin offering flights out of Miami International Airport later this year. The budget carrier is no stranger to South Florida – it has a major presence at Fort Lauderdale.
The airline says it will reach about 100 departures a day from FLL and as ‘demand is there to support growth throughout South Florida’ it will start services out of MIA from October.
It will initially begin with 30 routes out of Miami.
