Travel journalist Steve Jones has rejoined TravelMole after an absence of 15 years, we can exclusively reveal.

Jones recently returned from Australia where he worked for 15 years.

He enjoys football, cricket and has recently taken up gardening, winning awards for his two allotments, in Horsham where he lives.

Jones moved to Sydney in 2006 to edit a daily travel trade publication called Travel Today before being made redundant in 2012. He then began a highly successful freelance career looking after chickens.
