The Personal Travel Consultants reports 30% growth
The Personal Travel Consultants in partnership with Blue Bay Travel has reported business growth of 30% in 2024, trending ahead of parent company Blue Bay Travel’s overall growth.
The success of the homeworking brand was highlighted during a business update to agents who attended the second annual conference last month at Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort and Spa.
In her presentation to the PTCs, Abbie Heaton, Group Manager for The Personal Travel Consultants in Partnership with Blue Bay Travel, revealed sales for 2024 were 28% up on the same period last year.
The company says this level of growth is expected to continue to the end of the year.
She also told agents that passenger numbers had increased by 15% in 2024 compared with 2023.
Abbie Heaton, Group Manager said: “We are delighted with the individual success that our PTCs are enjoying. Sales through self-generated customer leads for our homeworkers now accounts for 60%, versus sales through customer leads generated by Blue Bay Travel.“
That ‘self-generated’ leads figure is even higher, at 81% for cruise sales.
