The price is right for Galileo
Galileo has launched a new system, called Complete Pricing Plus, aimed at simplifying the process of more complex hotel bookings.
The enhancement provides agents with more detailed information on hotel rooms and rates, reducing the number of queries agents need to phone through before making the booking.
Advanced information includes taxes, surcharges and extra option pricing.
Galileo general manager UK and Ireland Patrick Lukan said: “It gives a more accurate picture about the room and eliminates any surprises for the traveller on arrival.”
