Thomas Cook announces Gatwick-Barbados service
Thomas Cook Airlines is to launch a weekly seat-only flight to Barbados from London Gatwick for winter 2017.
Flights, on Airbus A330s, are on sale now and will run from December 16 2017 to March 17 2018.
Return tickets start at £449.98 for Economy and £639.98 for Premium.
James Burrows, aviation director at Thomas Cook Airlines, said: "We were the first airline to open up a direct service to Cape Town outside Heathrow, and we’re extending our seat-only offering for our southern England customers to make Barbados more accessible than ever with to those who want quality but are also cost conscious."
Thomas Cook will launch three times a week direct flights from Gatwick to Cape Town on December 15, running until March 20 2017.
