Travel Foundation appoints new CEO
The Travel Foundation has appointed Jeremy Sampson as its new chief executive.
He takes over from Salli Felton on September 16.
She is leaving to relocate to her native Australia.
Sampson is well known within tourism and conservation network.
Previous roles include president of international tour operator GreenSpot Travel, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Mediterranean Cooperation Centre, where he worked across Southern Europe and North Africa.
He also leaves behind his role as Adjunct Professor at the International Institute of Tourism Studies at George Washington University School of Business.
