Travelport appoints chief people officer
Travelport has appointed a former Royal Air Force flight lieutenant as its new chief people officer.
Phil Donnelly joins the company this week, based at Travelport’s headquarters in Langley, Berkshire.
Most recently, he was chief people officer at Borden Ladner Gervais, Canada’s largest full-service law firm and prior to that, he held the same position at US law firm White and Case.
He’s also worked for investment firms including Ernst and Young Corporate Finance, where he was global people leader.
His early career included six years in the RAF.
Travelport president and CEO Gordon Wilson said Donnelly ‘joins the company at a very exciting time as we have just moved from the public markets into private ownership’.
