TRIPVISION STRENGTHENS OFFER WITH SENIOR TRAVEL APPOINTMENT
Travel Research specialists TripVision have hired former ABTA Head of Corporate Affairs, Keith Betton, to strengthen their team. He has joined as Associate Director in a non-executive role.
Keith will work with the TripVision team to help identify key issues in the travel industry that need to be measured and then tracked over time.
TripVision’s strengthened travel offer meets a need in the market for clients looking for travel research which is more focused on understanding what drives consumer demand. The TripVision team brings together an impressive track record in travel, brand and consumer research. TripVision fills a gap in the market by providing data on all travellers, especially those in the burgeoning independent sector who increasingly use the Internet to book. These cannot be monitored by simply measuring those who book through a High Street store.
David Jones, TripVision’s MD, said:
“We are delighted that Keith has joined our team. Keith has always been an evangelist for more data in the travel industry. His years of representing the industry provide him with unparalleled knowledge and experience of the business and media and he will really help us to focus on what matters to the trade.”
