Royal Caribbean Cruises says two Singaporean nationals died during a cruise this week out of Singapore.
The line said the two passengers were not together and died of ‘unrelated natural causes.’
They were aged 61 and 75 but have not been named.
"As per our standard procedure, we have informed the respective families and we are providing them assistance during this difficult time. We extend our most sincere condolences to the families," a cruise line spokesman said.
Voyager of the Seas departed from Singapore earlier this week and called at Penang and Phuket before returning to Singapore this Friday.
