UnCruise optimizes cruise packages with IBS Software partnership
Small ship operator UnCruise Adventures has partnered with IBS Software to transform how it packages and personalises services for guests.
The mission is to adapt in real-time to evolving passenger demands, UnCruise says.
It is the latest cruise line to implement IBS Software’s iTravelCruise Enterprise Reservation system.
The system is designed to address future needs of the cruise industry.
The platform gives cruise lines the flexibility to aggregate product data from different sources for cruise packages.
Access to real-time data about customer behavior allows cruise lines to price cruise packages dynamically.
The UnCruise Adventures fleet of nine expedition cruise ships offers itineraries focused on wildlife and culture.
Destinations served include Alaska, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Panama Canal, Belize, Mexico, Galapagos, Columbia & Snake Rivers and the San Juan Islands.
This partnership expands the relationship with IBS Software.
UnCruise Adventures first implemented IBS’ Cruise Partner product in 2014.
The iTravelCruise Product Suite allows cruise lines to engage with guests at each step of the trip lifecycle, from planning, shopping, on-trip, and post-trip phases.
