Want to finish that in-flight film? BA says OK

Saturday, 30 Nov, 2012 0

British Airways has announced changes to its in-flight entertainment systems which will now allow travelers to continue to use an extended in-flight entertainment program from takeoff right up until landing.

The airline says the extended entertainment program will be in effect (with some variations throughout different aircraft) on most long haul flights.

Passengers in First and Club World rows will have to secure screens on landing but even they can continue to use their own headphones for audio content.

All of which means you won’t have to miss the ending of your last inflight film since the familiar announcement "This ends the entertainment program" will never come.
