Wyndham Hotel Group is expanding its Latin America footprint with the acquisition of hotel management firm Fen Hotels.
The purchase will add an extra 26 managed hotels in Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and the US.
It also takes its brand portfolio to 18 with the addition of Fen Hotels’ Esplendor Boutique Hotels and Dazzler Hotels.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Fen’s current headquarters in Buenos Aires will become the new Latin America HQ for Wyndham and the Fen management team will continue to run the business alongside Wyndham regional executives.
The additional properties will be added to the Wyndham Rewards program by the end of 2017.
