Wyndham rolling out new hybrid meeting concept at Dolce Hotels in Europe
Global hospitality group Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has unveiled a new hybrid meeting concept at selected Dolce Hotels and Resorts across Europe.
Recognising a need to adapt services in the new normal, Wyndham has developed a mix of conventional meetings with virtual elements.
It includes innovations such as live streaming to separate Dolce meeting rooms at a single location, large online conferences, and on-site broadcast studios which can stream to various Dolce hotels across Europe.
The initiatives will be available at Dolce Hotels and Resorts by Wyndham properties in Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Spain and Portugal.
It is part of long term efforts to expand Wyndham’s MICE product offerings and it plans to roll it out to more branded properties across Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia and Africa.
"We are delighted to pilot these new meeting solutions, which perfectly complement our broader offering in the region. This new initiative enables us to support businesses as they transition through a new phase of remote working," said Julie White, Vice President of Commercial EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Wyndham says every booked event has a dedicated Dolce hybrid meeting expert, high-speed internet and pre-event technical rehearsals.
Meetings integrate with Wyndham’s ‘Count on Us’ health and safety protocols such as sanitiser stations in venues, enhanced attendee management and maximising outdoor spaces where possible.
